# KATHAA

> KATHAA is the ethical online shop of Action Village India, a UK-registered charity supporting grassroots organisations and rural communities across India.

KATHAA offers handmade and ethically produced gifts, homeware, textiles, accessories and traditional Indian crafts. Its collections include hand block-printed textiles, handwoven shawls and scarves, tableware, ceramics, jute products, decorations, greetings cards and Madras Café cookbooks.

Many products are created by artisans in rural India using traditional skills and environmentally conscious methods. KATHAA works with charitable partners, artisan groups and ethical organisations that support fair wages, dignified livelihoods, self-reliance and the preservation of Indian craft traditions.
