We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, all products are subject to availability and minor variations since everything is handmade.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via the secure payment methods provided on our site.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the item(s) to you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Out-of-stock products

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery charges and timescales are shown at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

6. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel:

  • Contact us at info@actionvilageindia.org.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return the item(s) to us in original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Perishable items

  • Personalised or custom-made goods

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g. soaps, skincare)

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@actionvillageindia.org.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo if possible. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
